Office Technology Central is located in Mississippi and we do mainly serve clients in Mississippi. However we are able to provided services, via remote access technology to anyone anywhere.

Can I mail my device to you, for repairs?

Yes, you can mail your computer, laptop, or mobile device to Office Technology Central. We will service it and mail it back to you. Please note there may be applicable shipping charges.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit card payment for all online transactions. We accept cash and cashapp payment for in-person transactions at our various locations

Office Resources Rental? Do you rent office space or office resources. Explain

We do rent office resources like computers, desks, fax and mail services. These are available only at Office Technology Central, in Jackson, Mississippi. This is how it works. We grant clients access to an office space with a desk, computers and other resources for a fee. The office is exclusively used by the client.

Do you offer on-premises or at home support?

Yes, we do. We will come to you anywhere in the State of Mississippi, if there is a need for that. Please note that we have technology to assist you remotely as well.
